Registers the user's interest in an upcoming Negative Zero event, using the event id from list_events. Events are gated: "open" events accept any work email; "code-required" events need the event's access code (accessCode); "customers-and-prospects" events are only for people already in Negative Zero's CRM as a customer or prospect; "invitation-only" events (all Synthetic Signal associate events) cannot be registered for through this tool — tell the user they are invitation only. Personal/webmail addresses are never accepted. On success the interest is recorded on the user's CRM contact, the team is alerted, and the user is emailed a confirmation with an .ics calendar file (also returned here so you can offer to add it to their calendar). Before calling, confirm the exact details with the user and that they want this submitted — it creates a record and sends email. Returns a reference id for check_request_status.
