list_history
List the saved generations of one document. Every write through set_slides / set_outline / set_notes / append_note is kept as a file in the user's project directory (history/ / .md), and so is the memo the user types themselves; the newest 30 are kept. Returns {doc, generations} newest first, each {file, at (ISO), source ("agent" — you wrote it, "user" — the user typed it, "restore" — it came back from an older generation), chars, note (for a restore: the file it came from)}. Use it before restore_history, and to see whether the user changed the memo under you.
