get_status

Cheap status check that works before recording starts: returns project_open (the user must pick a project directory before anything else), project_name, recording, ended, total_segments, elapsed_s, pending_question, pending_question_id, asr_backend ("webgpu", "wasm", "browser-local", "browser-cloud" or null while the model is still loading), asr_status (the status line for the speech model), asr_model (the recognizer in use — "turbo", "small", "webspeech-local", "webspeech-cloud", or null when the user still has to choose; see set_asr_model), language (the speech language, "ja" or "en"), timer_running and timer_s (the practice timer, which runs independently of recording).
