zoom_to_artboard

Zooms and pans the canvas viewport to frame a single artboard so it fills the view. Use this to focus on the artboard you are working on so the human can see it. Optionally add padding (a fraction of the artboard size, e.g. 0.1 for 10% margin on each side). Does nothing in headless environments without a live canvas.
