opacity_mask

Object > Opacity Mask, a layer mask for vector art. make: the frontmost object among ids (whole groups count as one) masks the rest — mode "luminance" (default): white shows, black hides, grays and gradients fade; "alpha": the mask's own opacity decides. clip (default true) hides what is outside the mask's shape; invert swaps shown and hidden. The mask keeps its paint (that is what it reads) but is not drawn. set: change mode / clip / invert on the masked group (groupId, or any id in it). release: the mask is painted again as an ordinary object. Returns the masked group id and its mask id.
