studio_compare_candidates

Compare versions. Returns each eligibility decision with the reason every gate opened or did not, and the Pareto frontier among the ELIGIBLE ones. Eligible means the correctness search ran to exhaustion without a violation, every required issue is verified or has a human disposition, no critical regression is open, repository performance inputs are calibrated, AND the conservative end of the performance interval meets every SLO and goal. The frontier is Pareto-optimal among the versions tested: not globally best, and not ranked. Differences within the measured intervals are ties, not wins.
