acad_show_block_preview

Show the user a fresh preview panel, with a working Insert button, for the block already generated in this conversation. Call this when they want to place that block again — most often after changing its layer, since the copy already in the drawing keeps the layer it was placed on, but also for a plain second copy. Inserts nothing itself and regenerates nothing: it re-offers the block that already exists, so it is instant and free. Do not use it to show a block that has never been inserted — that preview is already on screen.
