get_proposal_status

Check what the operator decided about a proposal you submitted. Status is 'pending' (still on their screen), 'approved' (applied; re-read get_routing_policy to see the new state), 'rejected', or 'withdrawn' (you retracted it). A human decision can take minutes or hours: if it is still pending, report the proposal id to the user and stop rather than looping — do not resubmit the same rules, and use withdraw_proposal if you want to replace it. A rejection usually carries decisionNote explaining what was wrong; read it and propose a corrected version addressing that specific objection. Omit proposalId to list every proposal and its status.
