Check whether the human has approved or rejected a proposal. Set waitSeconds to block until they decide (up to 120s) instead of polling; the desk resolves the moment they click, and returns any note they typed. The proposal's rationale and override argument, if any, come back as { agentWritten: true, unverified: true, text }, the same treatment read_desk gives them.
