edit_workout_draft
Adjust today's workout draft before it is started — add, remove, swap, reorder, change sets/reps, target load, rest, or supersets. Additions and replacements go through the same eligibility gate as the live editor, so a movement excluded by a training constraint is refused here too; use search_exercises to find a legal alternative. This edits the PLAN. Once a session has started, use edit_active_workout instead — that is the one that touches performance.
