Extracts a page range from one PDF into a single PDF in the browser. Pass pdf as an application/pdf machine document (base64, no data URL prefix, 12 MiB decoded) and spec (1–200 chars, 1-based ranges like 1-3,5). One output PDF only — not one file per page. Variant URLs are not a second machine Tool. Do not use this to merge PDFs (that is pdf_merge) or to reorder pages (that is pdf_organize).
