Render a Lectern-styled schematic or animated SVG from a catalog template, then attach it to a section. Workflow: lectern_list_media_templates -> pick id -> fill params -> this tool. For fully bespoke art, use templateId custom-svg with params.svg, or attach remote images with lectern_attach_section_media.
