lectern_append_media_chunk
Append one base64 slice to an upload started with lectern_begin_media_upload. Pass at most 6000 characters (4000 is safer for CDP). Raw standard/URL-safe base64, or a slice of a data URL, is accepted; whitespace is ignored. Repeat until the file is complete, then lectern_commit_media_upload.
