A body of the given width travels the widest route the home allows and stops, at full scale, exactly where it stops fitting — with the measurement labelled on the spot. Use this whenever someone asks why a room is unreachable, or wants to see whether a wider wheelchair would still get through: showing them beats quoting a number at them.
