get_tracing_image

Fetch the floor plan picture the person has dropped onto the page, as an image you can read. Call this when someone says "trace this", "use my plan" or asks about a home whose drawing they have just added. The result carries the picture itself along with the real-world scale and position it has been placed at, so rooms you add line up with what they can see. Read the room names, the printed areas and the dimension strings off it, then build the rooms with apply_batch and confirm the result with check_against_source.
