Tool inspector
window_move
Move a visible WebMCP Computer window by PID to coordinates relative to the desktop work area, whose origin sits just below the 38px menu bar. Targets are clamped to keep the left-side close control and at least 60px of the titlebar reachable. Use app_list to inspect current rectangles. Returns the updated process record and visibly repositions the window.
