Search files by name and the first 256 KB of content plus apps, settings, running processes, and shell commands. Returns ranked rows ordered exact name, name prefix, then content, each with its acting verb and arguments. By default show=true displays those rows in Spotlight for about 3 seconds without taking focus; any human keypress or click dismisses it. Pass show=false for silent data-only search. Unreadable subtrees are skipped and reported in warnings.
