get_standard

Return the active security standard, a one-line projection of every requirement in it (code, title, risk, owner, control count, stale-evidence count), and the pending change event AC2-CHG-2026-017 awaiting assessment. Start here when you do not yet know which requirement a question concerns, or when the user names a change by its ticket id. Do NOT use this to read the full text or assertions of one requirement — it returns summaries only; call get_requirement. Do NOT call it as a warm-up before every other tool.
