clear_cart

Empty the shopping cart in one step, dropping every line at once. The shopper is left with a fresh, empty cart; nothing is ordered and nothing is paid. It cannot be undone from here and the shopper has to add everything again, so call it only when they ask to start over. To drop one unwanted line and keep the rest, call remove_item instead. Takes no arguments.
