begin_checkout

Open the checkout on the page, so the shopper can give their details and pay. Call it after the shopper has said they want to check out, and again each time they ask to return to checkout. It does not place the order, and no tool can: the shopper finishes checkout themselves. The cart must hold at least one item. If something in the cart can no longer be bought, the store sends the shopper back to the cart instead. Takes no arguments.
