inspect_storyboard

List standalone storyboards or read one exact revision, selected candidates, pinned reference standards and source changes. Boards may mix collections and external PNGs. Image bytes are opt-in, at most five image IDs. Actually view images before visual feedback. Stored, selected and human-confirmed are distinct. UI context is exposed through inspect_workspace. No navigation or mutation.
