get_new_muslim_resources

Return curated starter resources for new Muslims (converts/reverts) and born-Muslims returning to practice. Use this tool when a user says: 'I just became Muslim', 'I took my shahada', 'I'm a revert', 'I'm a convert', 'where do I start learning about Islam?', 'how do I pray?', 'it's my first Ramadan', 'I'm not sure how to practice as a new Muslim', 'I feel pressure to give up my culture as a convert', or 'I want to reconnect with my faith'. Optionally pass a topic to prioritize the most relevant resources. Returns a structured guide with direct links to Yaqeen content specifically designed for people beginning or restarting their Islamic journey.
