move_project_file
Move a file or notebook into another Explorer folder, which changes the relative path that Python code must use to open it. Pass folderPath as the folder path from list_project_files, or "" (or "/") for the PROJECT root. Duplicate names in the target folder, protected folders, and moving a folder into itself or its own subfolder are rejected. Returns the old and the new path.
