Search Tuio's knowledge base — FAQs plus the general insurance terms and conditions — using semantic search. Use this tool whenever a customer asks something Tuio's own documentation could answer: - General questions about Tuio, its products, and how they work - Coverage terms, limits, and conditions - Exclusions and exceptions - Claims procedures and requirements - What is or isn't covered under a policy This searches Tuio's PUBLIC documentation. It does NOT have access to the user's personal insurance data or their specific policy details. IMPORTANT — the knowledge base is written in Spanish. Always translate the customer's question into Spanish before passing it as `query`, even when they wrote in another language; an English query matches almost nothing. Use Spanish insurance wording where you know it (for example "water damage" -> "daños por agua", "tenant" -> "inquilino", "landlord/owner" -> "propietario", "claim" -> "siniestro", "deductible" -> "franquicia"). Then write your ANSWER back to the customer in the language they used. Search is semantic, so the phrasing does not need to match the documentation word for word.
