Tool inspector
get_price_estimate
Generate a price estimate for a home insurance policy. Covers any Spanish residential property — house, home, apartment, flat, condo, studio, loft — under any of four usage types: renting (tenant/renter insurance), owner-occupied (primary residence), landlord (investment property let out), or second home. This server quotes TWO different products: home insurance (this tool) and car insurance (quote_auto_insurance). Only pursue a home quote once the user has made clear they want to insure a HOME/property. If they just say something ambiguous like "I need insurance" / "get me a quote" without naming the product, ask whether they want home or car insurance first — never assume home. IMPORTANT: You must collect ALL required information from the customer before calling this tool: - Property address (street, city, 5-digit postal code) - Property size in square meters - Usage type (renting, owner-occupied, landlord, second home) Do NOT make up or guess any values. If any information is missing, ask the customer first.
Input schema
| Property | Type | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
city |
string | yes | City where the property is located (e.g., 'Madrid') |
conversationLanguage |
string | no | The language THE USER is writing in, so the price card renders in it: 'es' if they write in Spanish, 'en' if they write in English. Judge it from the customer's own messages — not from your replies, this schema, or the host's interface language. Omit it when unsure; the card then renders in Spanish. |
postalCode |
string | yes | 5-digit Spanish postal code (e.g., 28001) |
squareMeters |
number | yes | Size of the property in square meters. Ask the customer: 'How many square meters is your property?' |
street |
string | yes | Street name and number of the property (e.g., 'Calle Mayor 45, 2B') |
usageType |
string | yes | How the customer uses the property: 'renting' (I'm renting), 'owner_occupied' (It's mine and I live in it), 'landlord' (It's mine and I rent it out), 'second_home' (It's my second home) |
intent |
string | no | Provide a brief summary of the user's goal. Do not invent missing intent. |
context |
string | no | Describe the situation or environment that led the user to this tool — e.g. what page they are on, what they were doing, or what triggered the request. Do not invent missing context. |
