Set a day's timing inputs: dayStart (HH:MM) moves when the day leaves its lodging; stop plus dwellMinutes changes minutes spent there; freeMinutesAfter inserts unscheduled time after that stop. The schedule recomputes at once. Use when get_itinerary warns a day overflows past 22:00 — start earlier or trim dwell. Pending until the human accepts.
