Return the FULL cost topology for product app1: (1) the in-project resources it owns or shares (GKE, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Cloud SQL, Firestore, Storage, Monitoring), and (2) the downstream GLOBAL services in other projects that its order flow calls — currently fraud-check and payments-gateway in the shared-platform project. Every order hits those global services; their cost IS attributed to app1 (by OTel baggage), so they are part of app1’s cost model. Also returns how each item is attributed. Read-only. For the per-hop cross-project breakdown, use trace_product_flow.
