Record the decision about a frozen experiment node: a verdict (IMPROVED, REGRESSED, NEUTRAL, INCONCLUSIVE) with an action (PROMOTE, KEEP_FROZEN, DISCARD, REPRODUCE, REQUEST_MORE_EVIDENCE) and a written rationale. PROMOTE moves the project's incumbent pointer to this node, so every later ticket with parent_policy=incumbent branches from it; the other actions record an interpretation and move nothing. Approval: in MANUAL and COPILOT modes this executes nothing and returns status "approval_required" with an approval id — a researcher must approve it in the Falsify Approval Center before anything happens. Only AUTORESEARCH mode executes it immediately. Only action=PROMOTE is gated: it is the one action that moves the incumbent pointer. KEEP_FROZEN, DISCARD, REPRODUCE and REQUEST_MORE_EVIDENCE record an interpretation of an already frozen result and execute immediately in every mode. Send a fresh `idempotency_key` per intent — retrying with the same key and the same body replays the first response instead of acting twice — and `expected_project_revision` from the last state you read; a stale revision returns status "conflict" with the current one. Returns the Falsify envelope: { ok, status, projectRevision, result?, approval?, warnings?, nextActions? }. Branch on `status`, and carry `projectRevision` into the next mutation as `expected_project_revision`.
