Changes an artboard: name, width, height (or format id), duration (ms), fps, background, bgFx {noise, blur, vignette}, camera {zoom, x, y, rotation, rx, ry}, vfx {type, intensity}. Resizing lays the design out again for the new shape (keepLayout false leaves layers where they are).
