get_faq_answer

Answer a question from the frequently-asked-questions section of the page the visitor is currently reading, returning the text in that page's own language. Covers scrap value, required documents, what happens to the car, how long it takes, and the legal procedure. Call with no arguments to list the available questions with their index, then call again with that index. Topic-matching only works when your topic is in the same language as the page (check page_language), so on a non-English page use the index instead.
