check_seller_policy

Verify a seller's policies before purchase. Returns a structured, cryptographically signed assessment (Ed25519 v2.0) with: policy facts (return window, shipping costs, arbitration clauses), detected clauses labelled as notable or standard boilerplate (is_standard_boilerplate), and a flat flags array of clause IDs. The signed assessment can be independently verified by any party using the public JWKS key. Use before any e-commerce purchase.
