Apply a version-checked atomic change. Restaurant requires restaurantId+restaurantSlot; movie requires movieId+showtimeId. Invalid IDs, mismatches, wrong dates, routes, empty changes, and stale versions are rejected. Identical input is a no-op and does not increment the version.
