Create a new editable project from a bounded image. strict-99 is the default: it dynamically preserves the source or transparent-subject ratio, forbids crop/stretch, uses a detail-preserving palette, and returns a measured fidelity report. Use manual only when the user explicitly requests a stylized or lower-fidelity result.
