optimizely-discover-site-capabilities

Lists every visitor capability the Optimizely WebMCP toolset offers across the whole site - not just the tools registered on the current page - as a map of intent, the page it lives on, and the tool names that become available there. Tools register per page, so a capability's tools only appear once its page is loaded; pass goTo with a capability id (or a site path) and this tool navigates the browser there, and the toolset for that page registers when the new document loads. Use this from any page to answer 'what can I do on this site?' and to reach the page where a capability's tools live.
