read_public_rankings

Read factual public rankings for current pixel stewards and recipients of human appreciation, together with the aggregate values needed to interpret those rankings. Stewarded and unowned seed pixels are reported separately. Appreciation is a human gesture made only from the browser selection bar; this tool can observe its aggregate ledger but cannot appreciate anything or infer sentiment from a selection.
