load_process

Start a fresh execution of a saved playbook from the shared library. It renders in the panel, already confirmed, with every task unfinished and no previous result IDs or evidence. Earlier session actions are never imported automatically. To continue existing work, ask the human to select it in Choose an existing run. For a new execution, work along it with run_action, asking the human at decision points.
