nte.no

check_fiber_availability

Check whether NTE can deliver fiber broadband (TV og internett) to a Norwegian street address. Pass the address as the customer wrote it. If the result is 'multiple_addresses', ask the customer to pick one of the candidates and call again with it exactly. On 'checked', the 'result' field means: deliverable: fiber can be ordered now; campaign: deliverable with a campaign price, the customer identifies on nte.no to see it, so no products are listed; brl: NTE has an agreement with the customer's housing company (borettslag/sameie), so no products are listed; continueUrl leads to the housing company's offer, or to a form where the customer asks NTE for help choosing the right product; partner: delivered by another Altibox partner, named in 'partner' when known, otherwise the customer finds their partner on altibox.no; lead or notDeliverable: not available yet, the customer can register interest on nte.no; If the status is 'unit_selection', the building has several dwellings: ask the customer for their bruksenhetsnummer (for example H0201, on the letterbox or the door) and call again with both address and unit. For a 'checked' result, always give the customer 'continueUrl' to see details and order. This tool never places an order.
