upsert_field
Add or update one field without replacing the type's other fields. type identifies the record type; kind is the field kind. Formats, presentations, and validation must be compatible with that kind. Enum fields need values, reference fields need target, currency fields need currency, and rating fields use max from 2 to 10. Example: upsert_field({ type: "submission", key: "stage", kind: "enum", values: ["submitted", "winner", "rejected"], presentation: "badge", value_semantics: { submitted: "neutral", winner: "success", rejected: "danger" } }).
