get_engagement_terms

Returns N-iX engagement models and commercial terms: the APEX model (Assess, Pilot, Expand, eXcel) with duration and output per phase, fixed-scope pilots, dedicated teams, staff augmentation, and managed services. Includes phasing, entry commitment, pricing structure, IP ownership, notice period, and exit terms per model. Use for questions about starting small, avoiding lock-in, commitment structure, or exit clauses. Terms Legal has not cleared for publication are returned as "discussed_in_msa" rather than omitted.
