Locate an exact phrase in a saved capture, using image_hash from read_capture_text. A normalized top-left region can explicitly disambiguate duplicates. Low-confidence matches receive a small-region reread without injecting the query into OCR. Returns image-pixel candidates only, never click permission. The result highlights the saved image; it does not navigate a live source page.
