maishare_nearby_start

Start a nearby session as initiator and return the offer share code (the string the UI renders as a QR). Hand the code to the other device's agent, which should answer with maishare_nearby_accept, then feed its answer code back via maishare_nearby_confirm. Host-candidates only — both devices must be on the same network.
