setup_project

Starts a project from a knitted swatch: stitch and row gauge over four inches, the size the sample garment was knitted in, and inches of ease over the body bust. Every stitch count, row count and skein count is recomputed at the gauge given, and the size run is graded from the sample. Values that the pattern cannot take come back with the rule they break and the nearest values that fit. Fill it in for the designer to confirm.
