load_audio_from_url

Open an audio file by URL on this page, as if the person had chosen it: a public https:// URL, a data: URL, or an http://localhost URL served on this machine (an agent with a shell can serve a file the person attached and load it here). The browser fetches it and it stays in the tab. The server must allow cross-origin reads. Otherwise ask the person to choose the file.
