searchApartments

Search Landing furnished apartments by city and dates. Navigates to the search results page (/s/{market}/apartments). Use when the user wants to find a place to stay in a Landing market. Stay types: - Fixed: pass endDate as YYYY-MM-DD. - Flex (open-ended): pass endDate as the literal string "indefinite" AND a committedNights tier — typically 90, 180, or 365 (3, 6, or 12 months). Longer commitments unlock larger discounts (exact amounts vary by home — call getFlexOptions for details). Members can transfer between any of Landing’s 250+ furnished homes with two weeks’ notice. The exact tiers a home accepts vary (e.g. a 90-night-minimum home rejects the 1-month tier). Call getFlexOptions for the home before quoting a tier to the user. If the user is "flexible" without picking a length, default to committedNights=180.
