Submit a tenancy application to Harmani Rentals on the applicant's behalf, for a building that is available now or coming soon. Use get_rental_application_questions first and use only the applicant's own answers. Sends personal, employment, income and reference details to Harmani and authorizes a background check, so the applicant must agree to the authorization and confirm every detail before you call this.
