get_handoff_receipt

Report the link for the handoff created on this page. Returns created with the link and version once one exists, which under the default is immediately after stage_handoff. Returns pending only while a draft on screen waits for a human click, on devices with the approval gate on. Returns none when this page holds no handoff, including after a reload, because the link lives in page memory. Keep the url stage_handoff returns rather than asking for it again.
