draw_room_rect
Draw a rectangular SHELL — the outer envelope of a building or a floor. Use this once per building, then divide it with subdivide_room. Do NOT call it repeatedly to make individual rooms: separate rectangles share no walls, so they come out as free-floating boxes with gaps between them rather than a floor plan. x,y is the top-left corner in mm; north is negative y.
