read_changes

What has changed on the board, and who changed it. Every readback carries a `revision`; pass the last one you saw as `since` and this returns only what happened after it, oldest first. Each entry says whether the actor was the "user" or the "agent" (you), what the action was, which expression or slider it touched, and the values before and after. This is how you answer "what did I just do?" or notice that the student edited something while you were talking: poll a cheap readback, compare `revision`, and call this when it has moved. Continuous gestures such as dragging a slider or panning arrive as one entry spanning the whole drag rather than hundreds. Hovering and selecting are not changes and are not recorded.
