delete_dashboard_tab

Delete a dashboard tab by stable tab id. Requires confirm=true. Refuses to delete the last remaining tab. Unavailable without target-side cancellation because tab changes persist to worldmonitor-tabs-v1 and the live panel workspace (same class as openCountryBrief/set_map_layers).
