Adjust the current selection: grow it, shrink it, soften its edge, smooth a ragged boundary, keep only a band along the edge, move it, or invert it. Also runs the whole refinement workspace in one pass when given smoothPx, featherPx, contrast, and shiftEdge together, which is how a difficult edge is cut without degrading the selection through repeated rounding.
